Where is SelfHealth?
SelfHealth is an online retail store, we use an experienced distributor located in Albany, Auckland, New Zealand.

When will you have more products available?
At SelfHealth our nutrition experts are continuously searching for high quality, efficacious natural health care products, made from only the best ingredients. With our rigorous screening procedures it means that we take our time with adding new products. We take care so you can be confident with any purchases you make from SelfHealth. We are also hunting the globe to search for unique products which are not currently available in New Zealand. We will soon provide a wide range of natural health products. What is the cost of delivery?
Delivery and handling within New Zealand is a standard cost of $4.90, delivery is free on all orders over $100 (Incl GST). Read more about our Delivery Costs.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are dispatched within 24 hours of when we receive the order, unfortunately at this stage weekends and public holidays are excluded from this timescale. Once the order is dispatched the delivery will take approximately 3 working days. Read more about our Delivery Timing.
How will my order be sent?
We use New Zealand Courier Post Track and Trace technology and electronic proof of delivery to monitor the progress of your parcel. Courier Post delivers to anywhere within New Zealand. Read more about our Delivery Information.
What should I do if I do not receive a confirmation email once I have placed an order?
If you do not receive a confirmation email please contact us info@selfhealth.co.nz or 0508 SELF HEALTH.
What happens if I want my order sent to my business?
Business deliveries require the business name to be stated in the delivery address. Read more about Delivery to Businesses.
What happens if my parcel gets lost?
If a parcel is lost during transit from our distribution centre to your door we accept full responsibility and we will work quickly to resolve this, once your parcel is delivered to your delivery address we do not accept any responsibility. Packages lost due to incorrect details provided by the customer will not be refunded. Read more about Delivery Information.

What happens if the product I purchased is for some reason unavailable?
In the rare occasion that stock becomes unavailable, or for any reason we forsee any delivery delays, we will contact you within 24 hours of when we receive the order. Please go to Stock Unavailable for more information.
