Delivery Information
What does delivery cost me?
Delivery and handling within New Zealand is a standard cost of $4.95, delivery is FREE on all orders over $100 (incl GST). International orders are currently unavailable.
How long does it take?
Orders are dispatched within 24 hours of when we receive the order, weekends and public holidays are excluded from this timescale. Once the order is processed the delivery will take approximately 3 working days. Please note that these delivery times are estimations.
If for some reason there is a timing delay we will be in touch with you as soon as possible. If your parcel has not arrived within this timeframe please contact us info@selfhealth.co.nz.
How is my order sent?
We use New Zealand Courier Post Track and Trace technology and electronic proof of delivery to monitor the progress of your parcel. Courier Post delivers to anywhere in New Zealand.
We send non-signature required parcels, if someone is not home when the parcel arrives the driver will leave the parcel at your door or in your mailbox, if the driver feels it is unsafe to leave the parcel they will leave a call card.
Business deliveries require the business name to be stated in the delivery address.
For any special delivery requests please indicate this in the delivery details box when going through the check out process.
What happens if my parcel gets lost?
If a parcel is lost during transit from our distribution centre to your door we accept full responsibility and we will work quickly to resolve this, once your parcel is delivered to your delivery address we do not take responsibility.
Please note that we do not refund packages that are lost due to incorrect details provided by the customer, address errors are the customer's responsibility.

We offer a 30-day no fuss money back guarantee!
We are dedicated to providing top quality products and the best service possible, our team is here to help if you have any problems or concerns. If your goods happen to arrive in a condition which is not 100% satisfactory, please contact us immediately (info@selfhealth.co.nz) so we can provide an authorisation number and make the necessary arrangements. Authorisation from SelfHealth must be obtained prior to return of any stock.
At SelfHealth we believe that customer satisfaction with the product is essential, if you are not completely satisfied with your product we will refund or exchange purchased items as long as they are returned within 30-days of your order being placed. A full refund for the product and the postage will be provided if the goods you have received are faulty, damaged, broken, defective or the items received do not match the order you placed.

Once the return has been received and processed the refund will be credited to you, this will be within 14 days. This credit will be applied to your original payment method and we will send you through a confirmation email.
Stock Unavailable
In the rare occasion that stock becomes unavailable or for any reason we foresee any delivery delays we will contact you within 24 hours of when we receive the order, weekends and public holidays are excluded from this timescale. Once we contact you we will provide you with the opportunity to amend your order as per your request, the order will be adjusted and sent through to you as confirmation, a credit or additional charge will then be made.

DPS supports local international e-commerce payment standards and adheres to Payment Card Industry, Data Security Standards (PCI DSS). When you go through the payment process you will be asked to enter your Visa or MasterCard details into the DPS secure payment system.
Payment information submitted via the website will only be shared with Visa and MasterCard through DPS payment express in order to process your transaction. In order to have all of the payment information completely secure it is encrypted and transmitted through a secure server over the internet.
Pricing
All pricing on SelfHealth.co.nz is in New Zealand dollars and is inclusive of 12.5% GST. Although we try to keep our customers informed about price changes, prices are subject to change without prior notice.

What happens with my personal information?

We do not collect any personal information without your permission or knowledge. Personal information is collected when you place an order, register with SelfHealth or contact us with an enquiry. We will ask you for information such as (without limitation) your name, phone number, email and postal address.
